Manila-U.S. Times Announces ABS-CBN’s One Kapamilya Go

BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Johnny M. Pecayo, Chairman and CEO of the MANILA-U.S. TIMES, has announced ABS-CBN’s biggest event, dubbed as “One KaPamilya Go!” to be staged on Sunday, September 21, from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. at the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario, California.

ABS-CBN, the No. 1 TV network in the Philippines, which opened a branch on 150 Shoreline Drive, Redwood City in Northern California 14 years ago, has partnered with the MANILA-U.S. TIMES, a minority-owned newspaper publication, now on its 18th year of circulation in the U.S., in this huge event which is a prelude to ABS-CBN’s 15th Anniversary next year.

Big Name Movie and TV Personalities

Bringing excitement, joy and fun to about 10,000 expected attendees are movie and TV personality Edu Manzano, who will conduct a simulated “Kapamilya, Game Ka Na Ba?;” national and international performers Charice Pempengco, John Lloyd Cruz, Bea Alonzo, Sherin Regis, Carol Banawa and legendary Martin Nievera, who just celebrated his 25th anniversary in show business.

One KaPamilya Go! is practically a concert with various on-ground activities happening throughout the day, i.e., tiangge, job fair, food booths, hourly raffles, etc., with “Pagpupugay sa Galing ng Global Filipino” as one of the main objectives of the event.

As ABS-CBN’s Media Partner, MANILA-U.S. TIMES has been authorized to sell booth spaces and solicit major sponsorships.
