The headlines are alarming these days. Gang violence, drive-by shootings in the streets and even in schools. Most people feel helpless amidst these worsening times. The tendency is to close our doors, get home early and avoid the streets.
HEAL L.A. comes at an appropriate time. It is a response to the continuing sickness that pervades in this society. It is also an opportunity to ACT. To do something instead of feeling helpless.
Fr. Fernando Suarez has the phenomenal gift of “Healing.” He has healed countless of people in his Healing Masses all over the world. But more than healing, Fr. Fernando Suarez gives people HOPE. “Never Lose Hope in the Lord” is his constant admonition to people.
For with Hope comes Faith. And with Faith, everything is possible. It is with Hope therefore that the organizers turn to the faithful to help Fr. Fernando Suarez continue with his healing ministry around the world and with his projects.
15,000 people are expected to attend. Celebrities like Jose Mari Chan, Cocoy Laurel, and Carol Banawa will be performing.
Monte Maria
Monte Maria is a project of the MARY MOTHER OF THE POOR FOUNDATION, an apostolic initiative led by the Fr. Fernando Suarez Healing Ministry, whose aim is to “seek holiness in evangelizing and working with the poor through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary.”
It will soon become the new center for healing, not only for the Philippines but for the entire world. It may be just the fulfillment of Mary’s prophecy in Medjugorje. Thousands and thousands of people from all corners of the world have already come forward to give their pledges. The miracles happening at the site are good signs that the Blessed Virgin Mary wants a center for healing not only for the spirit of this broken world, but also its sick and infirm. Mary needs your help.

Renowned singer composer Jose Mari Chan and singer Ms. Carol Banawa who is based in Arizona were two personalities mentioned in early press releases that were much sought after to perform for Fr. Fernando Suarez’s Healing Event at the Los Angeles Sports Arena on May 17, 2008. However due to Heal LA producer’s inability to hook up with their managers, the plan to invite them for the event did not materialize. The event planners publicly apologize for this inadvertence.
Please advise where I could get a copy of Fr. Suarez Heal LA video.Thanks.
