Distant Shores

(Love Established Thru the Net)

I felt the love the other day

across the ocean so far away

to be so far

to feel so near

to hold you tight

is on my mind

but out of sight

I feel you with me

both day and night

I know you thought

of me tonight

with all my prayers

and hopes held tight

the day we meet

is close in sight

I watched the sun

set in the west

to wake my love

from her sleepless night

the day will come

I have no fear

when we will hear

the sounds of birds

to wake us from

our first not last

sleepless night.

BEAUTY WITHIN

Written by: Evelyn De Leon-Racoma

If God has to do it all over again

I`m sure He would only show beauty within

No sight would we have, we couldn`t see

What life has to offer you and me

Falling in love with you in these day`s pace

Knowing your beauty within and not your face

Would provide such love as it gives

That real beauty within exists

Two hearts that beat together as such

Love would bloom and grow in each of us

For beauty outside is not the kind I say

Beauty within is all I have to crave.
